In this role, you will work directly on residential homes installing and replacing gutters, soffit, fascia, and siding. This includes removing existing materials, prepping surfaces, measuring and cutting materials accurately, and completing clean, high-quality installations from start to finish. You will be supported with proven systems, clear processes, and consistent job flow to keep you working and earning. This position is best suited for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, the ability to problem-solve on-site, and a solid work ethic are critical. Experience in exterior construction is helpful but not required; we value coachability, accountability, and the ability to perform at a high level.
