Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Roofer Foreman to lead crews on commercial roofing projects. This role is responsible for supervising job site operations, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality work on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead roofing crews on job sites Plan and coordinate daily work activities Install and oversee installation of commercial roofing systems Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications Train and mentor team members Communicate with project managers and contractors Track materials, labor, and job progress

Qualifications:

3+ years of commercial roofing experience with leadership experience preferred Ability to work at heights and climbing ladders in all weather conditions Strong knowledge of roofing systems and installation methods Proven leadership and communication skills Ability to read construction drawings Valid driver's license required
