Position Overview:

We are looking for a dependable and experienced Roofing & Siding Repair Technician to join our growing team. This role focuses on diagnosing roofing issues, completing repairs on low slope and pitched applications, and ensuring every job meets our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform roof inspections to identify leaks, storm damage, and wear Complete repairs on asphalt shingle, metal, and flat roofing systems Replace damaged materials, flashing, vents, and seals Document work performed and communicate findings with the team Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards Provide excellent customer service on job sites

What We're Looking For:

Roofing or construction experience preferred (repair experience a plus) Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical labor Strict adherence to Specialty Exteriors safety standards and OSHA regulations
