We specialize in seamless gutter systems, gutter protection, gutter repairs, gutter cleaning, fascia repair, and soffit repair. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Gutter Installer with at least 3 years of gutter installation experience. The ideal candidate will be able to install seamless gutter systems, fabricate gutters using company equipment, complete gutter repairs and cleaning, perform fascia and soffit repair work, troubleshoot issues in the field, and complete each project to a high standard of quality. This position is best suited for someone who can work efficiently, communicate professionally with homeowners, and take ownership of the work being performed. Responsibilities Install seamless gutter systems, downspouts, and gutter protection products Fabricate gutters to precise specifications using company equipment Perform gutter repairs, maintenance, cleaning, and service work Perform fascia and soffit repair as needed Troubleshoot installation and repair issues in the field Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the job Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Follow company installation, cleaning, and repair standards Work efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail Represent Auravex Gutters professionally at all times Requirements Minimum 3 years of gutter installation experience required Experience operating gutter machines and related equipment required Experience with gutter cleaning, fascia repair, and soffit repair preferred Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders ranging from 12' to 40' Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and carry materials regularly Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation to and from work Valid driver's license preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week Full-time hours with overtime opportunities available based on workload and season Stable, year-round employment Paid training and continued development Tools provided Opportunities for advancement within a growing company Supportive team environment Benefits On-the-job training Paid training Professional development assistance Opportunities for advancement Tools provided Year-round work We welcome qualified applicants from all backgrounds and consider applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law.
