Commercial Roofer TPO / EPDM / PVC

Sterling Roof Systems is looking for experienced commercial roofers who understand low-slope roofing systems and can produce without constant supervision. We are a growing union roofing company based out of South Bend, Indiana, focused primarily on commercial roofing work. Most work is local with occasional regional travel. We are not looking for people who need babysitting every step of the day. We need reliable roofers who understand commercial roofing, show up ready to work, and take pride in doing quality work.

What We're Looking For:

Experience with TPO, EPDM, and PVC roofing systems Experience with heat welding and single-ply detail work Ability to work efficiently and safely Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain)

What You'll Be Doing:

Installing commercial low-slope roofing systems Tear-off, insulation, membrane installation, flashing, and detail work Heat welding and seam work Working with smaller crews where everyone is expected to contribute and produce

$21.96 - $36.55 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
