Warehouse Associate

Overview:

We are currently seeking several Warehouse Associates for work in Kokomo! These are 1st shift opportunities and will start asap. Starting pay is $14/hour, and these are long-term opportunities.

The hours are:

8 am

• 7 pm, Monday
• Friday, and Saturday 8 am
• 3 pm, with an occasional Sunday.

LOTS OF OVERTIME!

Duties:

Receive orders for shipping and receiving, including order fulfillment and order picking processes. Stock shelves and organize warehouse space to optimize workflow and safety standards. Assist with packaging products for shipment while adhering to quality standards. Support shipping & receiving activities by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to improve operational efficiency and safety protocols.

Requirements :

Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards (OSHA compliance). Experience with materials handling, stock management, packaging, shipping & receiving processes. Ability to perform medium lifting and physical tasks regularly throughout the shift. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and order accuracy.
