We service modified bitumen, EPDM, TPO, metal, rolled, BUR, and PVC roofing systems. We are currently hiring multiple full-time employees to join our commercial roofing team. No roofing experience is required. We are looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced roofing professionals. Applicants with roofing or construction experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Perform commercial roof repairs Surface preparation and power washing Apply roof coatings and related materials Job site cleanup and organization Assist with general roofing tasks as assigned Help maintain company shops, equipment, and facilities when not working on roofing projects Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly wages Year-round employment Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance Generous retirement plan Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to the company shop each day Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Ability to safely bend, lift, and carry heavy materials Comfortable working at heights of 10 feet or more Ability to carry, extend, and secure ladders Follow proper ladder safety procedures and maintain three points of contact while climbing Adhere to all company safety standards and job-site safety requirements Ability to work varying hours based on project demands Willingness to travel for occasional out-of-town projects (extended stays are uncommon) Upon an offer of employment, a background check and drug screen may be requested.
