Fireplace Installation Technician (Entry Level)

Start a Career in the Trades — No Experience Required Looking to get into a skilled trade with long-term growth ? We're hiring an Entry-Level Installation Technician to join our team installing fireplaces, stoves, and hearth products in residential homes. You'll be trained on everything from tools to venting systems to code compliance. This is a hands-on, physical role — ideal for someone who wants to learn, work hard, and build a career (not just a job). What You'll Do (Day-to-Day) Assist with installation of fireplaces, gas systems, venting, and chimney components Load/unload materials and prep job sites Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Follow installation instructions and building codes Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles Document job progress using company systems (photos, notes, checklists) Interact professionally with homeowners What You'll Learn (Career Growth Path) Fireplace & venting system installation (gas, wood, pellet, electric) Building codes and safety standards Customer communication and jobsite professionalism Opportunity to advance into: Lead Installer Service Technician Sales (optional path)

What We're Looking For Must-Haves:
