Job Overview Are you in the roofing industry and tired of not getting paid what you're worth? We are seeking a skilled and energetic Roofing Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, selling, and scheduling the installation of various roofing systems with precision and safety at the forefront. Your expertise will contribute to high-quality roofing projects, ensuring durability and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors on diverse projects, utilizing your construction experience and technical skills to deliver exceptional results. Duties Manage the installation, repairs, and sales of roofing systems including shigled roofing, metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, and other materials according to project specifications and safety standards Conduct roof inspections to identify issues such as leaks or damage and perform necessary repairs or restoration work Safely operate ladders and construction safety harnesses during elevated work tasks Assist with siding installation, gutter work, and roofing as needed for comprehensive exterior projects Follow all construction workplace safety regulations including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) like safety harnesses and fall protection gear Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing management Knowledge of roofing materials such as shingled roofing, metal roofing, single-ply membranes, and related systems Skilled in the sales environment and training of sales professionals. Experience with ladder use, and working at heights safely Familiarity with construction safety harnesses and adherence to construction workplace safety regulations Competence in interpreting technical plans for roofing, gutter, and siding installation Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions with a focus on safety protocol adherence Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and extended outdoor activities Additional skills such as caulking, tile laying, welding, masonry work or handyman experience are a plus Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier roofing solutions while maintaining a safe work environment.
