This position offers an opportunity to work on challenging projects that require precision, safety awareness, and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in various aspects of construction; including roofing and siding. This role involves executing a wide range of construction tasks in outdoor and indoor environments and adhering to safety protocols. The Foreman will contribute to diverse projects such as roofing repair and roof production. The use of hand and power tools in this position is essential. Responsibilities Perform roofing repairs including single-ply membrane roofing Perform metal roofing installations. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely for various construction tasks such as caulking, masonry work, concrete forming, and fabrication. Operate safety harnesses and ladders while following construction safety regulations Adhere strictly to safety protocols during all phases of work to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations. Maintain a clean worksite by organizing materials and tools throughout the project lifecycle. Assist with heavy lifting tasks and outdoor work that require physical strength and endurance.
