Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Remodeling Professional to lead and execute a variety of renovation projects with precision and craftsmanship. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through expert carpentry, installation, and finishing work. Your expertise will ensure that each project meets high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your construction skills while working on diverse remodeling projects that enhance living and working environments. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute remodeling plans. Perform a wide range of construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, trim carpentry, flooring, tile laying, and painting. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently. Install doors, windows, cabinetry, glass panels, and hardware with precision. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Manage construction estimating tasks to provide accurate project cost assessments. Execute specialty work such as stucco application, masonry, concrete finishing, roofing repairs, restoration projects, and hardscape installations. Collaborate with project managers to coordinate schedules and ensure timely project completion. Maintain detailed documentation of work progress using tools like Bluebeam for digital markup and reporting. Uphold safety protocols on-site by inspecting equipment and ensuring proper use of personal protective gear. Experience Proven experience in residential or commercial remodeling projects with a strong background in carpentry and general construction. Familiarity with construction management practices and estimating processes. Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings. Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring, drywall finishing, flooring installation, tile work, masonry, roofing techniques, and concrete forming is highly desirable. Ability to operate various construction tools including power tools and heavy equipment safely. Prior experience in construction inspection or site supervision is a plus.
