Salary:
$28 - 35 per hour +

Commercial Roofing Technician Pay:

Miniumum 5 years experience in Commercial Roofing Must have flat roof experience Must have experince with
Metal Down Spouts Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems Work with TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal roofing, and coatings Perform roof inspections and identify repair needs Follow all safety protocols and company standards Travel to project sites throughout the region or nationwide Collaborate with project managers and crew members to complete jobs on schedule
Requirements:
Knowledge of various commercial roofing systems Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions Perform all tasks in a timely manner under minimal supervision Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions Complete all assignments requiring physical activity for a full shift Work all hours assigned. Must be authorized to work in the United States Must have a Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Must pass drug screen and all required background checks.
