Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation of premium acrylic bath and shower systems. Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to job sites. Support lead installers with demolition, preparation, and installation tasks. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Protect customers' homes during installations. Help measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed. Communicate professionally with homeowners. Complete job site cleanup and disposal of debris. Ensure installation vehicles remain stocked with necessary tools and materials. Qualifications We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

Construction, remodeling, carpentry, or general labor experience preferred but not required. Ability to use basic hand and power tools. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Valid driver's license preferred. Reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
