This is a good opportunity for someone starting a career in construction who wants to learn a skilled trade and grow with our company. No waterproofing experience is required. We will train the right person. This is physically demanding, hands-on work inside residential basements and crawlspaces.

Responsibilities:

Break and remove concrete using jackhammers Dig trenches for interior drainage systems Carry concrete, crushed stone, tools, and other materials Install drainage systems, sump pump systems, and vapor barriers Mix, pour, and finish concrete Load and unload company trucks Protect customers' homes while working Keep job sites, trucks, tools, and equipment clean and organized Follow instructions from the crew leader Follow all company safety procedures

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Reliable transportation to our Uxbridge warehouse Dependable, punctual, and ready to work Able to perform physically demanding construction work Comfortable working in basements and crawlspaces Able to safely operate hand tools and power tools after training Able to follow directions and work as part of a crew Available Monday through Friday and some Saturdays Must follow our smoke-free policy during working hours, at job sites, in the warehouse, and inside company vehicles Must be legally authorized to work in the

United States Schedule and Location:

Full-time position Monday through Friday Some Saturdays when needed Early-morning starting times Employees report to our warehouse in Uxbridge, Massachusetts, each morning Crews leave the warehouse in company trucks and travel to residential job sites throughout our service area We are looking for someone hardworking, responsible, and interested in building a long-term career in the basement waterproofing industry.

Pay:

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
