We are not a high-volume, production-driven company—we focus on doing quality work, taking care of customers, and building a team of people who take pride in what they do. We're looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn the trade from someone experienced. What You'll Be Doing Work as a team with an experienced roofing technician on repairs and service work Assist with roofing repairs, leak diagnostics, gutters, flashing, and related exterior work Help set up jobs, handle tools and materials, and keep work areas safe and organized Learn hands-on skills in roofing service and repair Support quality workmanship and excellent customer service Other duties as needed What We're Looking For Valid driver's license Some roofing or construction experience preferred Comfortable with heights and ladder work Reliable and shows up ready to work Trustworthy and takes pride in doing things right Willing to learn and grow Positive attitude and works well as part of a team A background check will be performed This Could Be a
