OverviewWe are seeking dependable and hardworking Commercial Roofing Laborers to join our team. This position supports our commercial roofing crews with material handling, job-site preparation, cleanup, roof removal, and general labor duties. Previous commercial roofing experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn. Duties & Responsibilities Assist commercial roofing crews with daily job-site operations. Load, unload, carry, and organize roofing materials, tools, and equipment. Clean and prepare roof surfaces and work areas. Assist with removal and disposal of existing roofing materials. Sweep, scrape, and remove debris from roof surfaces. Assist with moving and installing insulation, membrane, and other roofing materials. Set up and remove temporary protection and job-site equipment. Safely use basic hand and power tools as directed. Assist experienced roofers and foremen as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow all company, OSHA, and job-site safety requirements. Perform other general roofing and construction labor duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous roofing or construction experience is preferred but not required. Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work. Must have reliable personal transportation. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and carrying materials. Comfortable working outdoors, on rooftops, and at heights. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a crew. Willingness to learn commercial roofing systems and proper installation practices. Must follow all required fall-protection and safety procedures.

Pay:

$18.25-$21.00 per hour, based on experience. We are looking for motivated individuals who want steady work, are willing to learn, and take pride in being part of a professional commercial roofing team.
