From roofing and siding to storm doors and skylights, our work reflects our dedication to craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and safety. We are looking for a skilled Roofing/Siding Service Technician with hands-on experience in roofing, siding, flashing, skylights, and storm door service and repair. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who can manage a variety of exterior renovation projects, ensure top-notch workmanship, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to customer homes each day to diagnose, service, and repair roofing, siding, flashing, skylights and storm doors Ensure projects comply with local building codes and safety regulations Maintain a clean and safe job site Communicate regularly with homeowners to provide updates and ensure satisfaction Verify repairs are 100% corrected Collect payment and completion signature from client Meet estimated timeline to complete repairs on time Maintaining exceptionally high standards of customer contact and service overall as the primary liaison between the company and its' clients
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in exterior home improvement and/or general contracting Proven experience in roofing, siding, flashing, skylights, and storm doors Strong knowledge of residential construction techniques and materials Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards Excellent time management and problem-solving skills Strong communication and customer service abilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Skills:
Experience with insurance claims and storm restoration work Project management experience Basic carpentry and framing skills
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7am-5pm (Saturdays rare, but workload dependent)
