Duties Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and scaffolding. Prepare work sites by setting up safety barriers, staging materials, and ensuring all equipment is ready for use. Perform heavy lifting of materials such as membrane rolls, metal panels, or framing components while maintaining safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of debris and storing tools properly after each shift. Qualifications Prior experience in construction or roofing is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and basic construction site safety practices. Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking during shifts. Strong work ethic with attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Knowledge of related skills such as drywall installation, tile laying, restoration work, or handyman experience is beneficial. Pay:
