About us Looking for experienced Roofers! We are a small family owned company providing quality, not value. We work mostly in Livingston, Oakland and Genessee Counties. We do not believe in cutting corners to save time. We love to have fun on the job and its easy to do when you are doing what you love. We build Pole Barns, Decks and do Home Renovations mostly. Looking for carpenters, painters, drywallers, anyone with a good attitude and willing to learn the right way.
Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Skilled Laborer to join our construction team.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to perform tasks accurately.
- Use power tools and equipment to build, install, and finish various construction elements, including framing, flooring, and concrete finishing.
- Assist in the installation of glass and other materials.
- Perform various tasks related to construction management, including plumbing, framing, and plastering.
- Collaborate with other laborers and construction professionals to complete projects efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to safety protocols and standards.
- Perform other duties as required by the construction team.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using power tools and equipment.
- Strong experience in various construction trades, including carpentry, flooring installation, and concrete finishing.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Knowledge of construction management practices.
- Familiarity with plumbing and glass installation techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$18.00- $35.
