Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a Job Site Lead to join our reconstruction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in detailed carpentry work, including trim and finishing tasks. This role involves working on residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. The Site Lead will collaborate with project managers, other trades, and clients to deliver exceptional results on time and within scope. This role will be responsible for making material purchases, as needed. Company vehicle and all major tools will be provided. Duties On-site tasks including (but not limited to) installing trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, and fixtures with precision and attention to detail. Other trades, as needed, like light painting, drywall, etc. Read and interpret scopes to execute project specifications Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols on-site Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards Be the on-site point person for homeowner/property manager communication Maintain and replenish standard building materials Document project progress Experience Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a focus on finish work Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication techniques Familiarity with the restoration industry including mold remediation and water damage restoration is a plus Experience in remodeling industry sectors such as cabinetry installation, door hanging, flooring installation, tile work, roofing, or siding, is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on job sites Ability to perform work using ladder/scaffolding Cardinal Restoration is a young company with an exciting growth rate.
