We are seeking a Repair Crews to join our expanding team. This is not a high-volume production crew role. We are looking for a dedicated diagnostic expert who takes pride in hunting down leaks, resolving complex residential roofing issues, and delivering flawless, top-tier workmanship.
Core Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality residential roof repairs and preventative maintenance. Inspect roofs to identify, troubleshoot, and accurately pinpoint the source of leaks. Execute detail-oriented repairs on flashings, valleys, shingles, and various roof components.
Position Qualifications:
10+ years of hands-on residential roofing installation experience. 5+ years of specialized experience in roofing service, leak detection, and repair. Extensive, masterful knowledge of roof details, waterproofing, and installation techniques. Strong commitment to safety with thorough knowledge of OSHA and construction safety protocols. Ability to work independently and manage repair schedules efficiently.
