The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction trades and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship. As a siding Installer, you will be responsible for executing installation projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and safety. At Signature Homes and Exteriors, we offer a full-time position to work 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, with overtime pay if applicable. No working on weekends, and the ability to be a 1099 self-employed worker. Duties Perform installations across various construction projects. Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete installations accurately and safely, ( such as a nail gun, table saw, etc .) Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure precise execution of work is not required but highly encouraged. Ability to accurately measure, interpret, and communicate accurate measuring dimensions amongst a team. Conduct restoration/repair work and remodeling tasks to enhance existing structures. Collaborate with team members on-site to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards. Handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks associated with installation work. Ability to climb heights and work at elevated positions. Experience Proven experience in construction or a related field is essential. Previous experience on construction sites is required, showcasing hands-on skills in Siding or any other related form of installation of siding. Ability to demonstrate proficiency in using both hand tools and power tools effectively. We are looking for candidates who are dedicated to their craft and eager to contribute to our team's success through their skills in installation across multiple disciplines within the construction industry.
