Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of roofing systems, including metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, and other materials, to identify issues and determine necessary repairs or replacements. Perform roofing repairs and restoration work using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute project specifications. Safely operate ladders and construction safety harnesses while following all workplace safety regulations related to construction site work. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly handling tools and materials, ensuring compliance with construction safety standards at all times. Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing repair, installation, or maintenance in residential or commercial settings. Familiarity with construction processes and interpreting technical drawings or blueprints. Hands-on experience working with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and outdoor work environments. Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations including proper ladder use and harness safety procedures. Experience in metal roofing installation or repair is highly desirable. Background in siding installation, caulking techniques, or masonry is a plus. Prior site experience involving remodeling or restoration projects will be advantageous for success in this role.
