Job Description

We're looking for a talented, driven Painter to become part of our growing crew. In this role, you'll be applying coatings, stains, and protective finishes across a wide range of surfaces, delivering results that elevate both the look and longevity of homes, businesses, and industrial facilities. Your skill and precision will bring spaces to life through careful surface prep, a strong eye for color, and expert-level craftsmanship. Whether you're working on new builds, full renovations, or restoration jobs, this role puts you at the center of projects that genuinely transform how spaces feel and function. What You'll Do Prep surfaces through cleaning, sanding, caulking, plastering, and priming to guarantee solid paint adhesion and a flawless final coat. Apply coatings, stains, varnishes, and specialty finishes using brushes, rollers, spray guns, airless sprayers, and relevant power tools. Interpret blueprints and project schematics to understand scope, surface requirements, color specifications, and finishing expectations. Carry out painting work across residential, commercial, and industrial sites with consistent precision and efficiency. Leverage estimating knowledge to evaluate material quantities and project timelines. Handle specialized tasks including stucco application, masonry work, drywall repair, trim carpentry, fixture installation, and welding as needed on restoration or remodel jobs. Uphold site safety standards at all times, operating scaffolding and tools according to proper protocols throughout every phase of a project. What You Bring Solid background in residential and commercial painting across a variety of construction settings. Working knowledge of color theory and how to achieve specific aesthetic outcomes. Comfort with a wide range of hand tools, power tools, sprayers, scaffolding, and welding equipment. Ability to read and work from blueprints, construction drawings, and technical schematics. Strong surface prep skills spanning sanding, plastering, caulking, and masonry finishing. Familiarity with renovation workflows including restoration, remodeling, and both trim and frame carpentry. Solid basic math for field measurements and material estimates; experience with industrial painting schematics is a plus. Background in fixture installation, general maintenance, or handyman-style site repairs is a bonus. If you take pride in the quality of your work, operate safely under pressure, and want to grow your craft across a variety of meaningful projects, this is the right fit. We're building a team of detail-oriented professionals who show up with purpose and leave every site looking better than they found it.
