Job Description

Gutter Installer - Lake Country Seamless Gutters is currently seeking a skilled gutter installer to join our fast growing team. In this role, it will be your responsibility to fabricate, assemble, and install gutters for residential and commercial clients. You will need to be comfortable working on ladders and roofs, in order to do this job well. A minimum of one year of relevant work experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate that has an eye for detail and the commitment to produce high-quality work. Benefits Competitive salary ($18.00 - $30.00/hr., based on experience) Opportunity for advancement Responsibilities Climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work and ladder climbing, as needed Fabricate, assemble and install gutter systems on various types of properties Restore, clean, and repair gutter systems Perform installation tasks according to project specifications and blueprints Review your daily work schedule and ensure the trucks are loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day. Collect all job materials, tools, and ladders and return them to the trucks for the next job Work with team members to ensure timely completion of projects Pick up and collect all screws, trash, boxes, shards, etc. to leave the job site better than you found it ALWAYS practice

customer service while on each jobsite RESPECT the owner's property at ALL times Highly proficient in hauling trailers, hooking, and unhooking, and backing up Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Job Requirements Arrive to work on time Have a positive attitude Basic math skills Good written and oral communication A clean, organized, and respectful demeanor is a must Possesses a solid work ethic Routinely able to lift up to 50 pounds Demonstrated ability to climb and work on a ladder and work from heights Ability to meet physical demands to stand, walk, climb, and bend on an ongoing basis Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to read a tape measure Ability to work independently or as part of a team Ability to work at a fast pace Ability to use basic hand tools accurately and safely Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
