Job Overview Join our hardworking and energetic team this summer as an Exterior Painter ! Duties Prepare exterior surfaces for painting, including scraping, sanding, and cleaning Apply paint, stain, and coatings to houses, fences, decks, and other outdoor structures Use brushes, rollers, and sprayers to complete projects efficiently and professionally Assist with setting up and taking down ladders, scaffolding, and job site equipment Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout each project Follow safety guidelines when working at heights and with tools or materials Work collaboratively with team members to complete jobs on time and to a high standard Experience No experience required —we provide hands-on training from day one Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Interest in learning new skills and growing within the role

Pay:

$17.00 - $23.00 per hour
