Essential Functions & Duties Summary:

Assisting Crew Supervisor on fabrication and installation of gutters, downspout sections and soffit for residential, commercial and industrial applications Removal of homeowner's preexisting gutters when necessary Erecting ladders, scaffolds and safety devices as required to install gutter and downspout sections. Arranges tools, material and installation debris/tear-off material in vehicle prior to and departure from jobsites Maintaining cleanliness of jobsite during installation, performs final cleanup following installation completion

Pay Structure:

Compensation for this position is commissioned based. This role is designed to reward performance, meaning earning potential can significantly exceed a traditional hourly position.

Qualifications Required:

High School Diploma or GED Experience in carpentry/finish trade, preferred but willing to train the right person. Working knowledge of construction tools/equipment, preferred. Direct hire only (no contract/1099).
