ASAP Quality Control/ Roofing Repair Technician Responsibilities:
Conduct roof inspections to identify issues such as leaks, damage, or wear and tear. Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including replacing shingles, repairing flashing, and sealing leaks. Install new roofing materials as needed, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Collaborate with the service team to prioritize and schedule repair jobs efficiently. Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair options, answer questions, and provide exceptional service. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.Job Type:

Quality Control/ Roofing Repair Technician Requirements:
Valid driver's license. Prior experience in roofing repair and maintenance. Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Ability to operate various equipment such as simple hand tools. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Understand and demonstrate basic computer skills. Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights over 5 feet often. Access and mobility in tight spaces. Sustained periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling. Hardworking with a "do-what-it-takes" attitude (negative attitudes need not apply!)
