This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, take pride in a job done right, and want to be part of a team built on professionalism and strong values. Whether you're looking for part-time hours or a full-time position, we'll work with your schedule. As a Crew Member, you'll work from detailed Scope of Work task lists on active renovation projects from demo all the way through finish work reporting to an assigned Site Manager and contributing to projects that make a real difference for our clients. Duties

• Complete assigned renovation tasks across all phases of a project including demo, framing, rough-in, drywall, painting, flooring, and trim work
• Follow Scope of Work task lists as assigned through the Legacy Suite App or by your Site Manager on-site
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently throughout the project
• Maintain a clean, organized job site throughout all phases of work
• Report questions, issues, or project concerns to your Site Manager in a timely manner
• Accurately clock in and out using the GuildWright App, including clocking out for lunch breaks
• Represent Legacy Renovations professionally at all times, including at vendor and supply locations Requirements
• Must own personal tools and bring them to every job site
• Must have reliable personal transportation to job sites in the Springfield, MO area
• Must have a smartphone capable of running the GuildWright App for scheduling and time tracking
• Prior experience in renovation, construction, or a skilled trade preferred
• all experience levels considered
• Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions and job site environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written task lists independently
• Professional, respectful attitude with the ability to maintain composure in fast-paced or challenging situations
• Commitment to upholding a clean, professional work environment free of crude language or disruptive behavior What We Offer
