As a member of our team, you'll be entrusted with a range of tasks, including: Performing window cleaning for both residential and commercial properties using industry-standard equipment. Executing power washing and soft washing techniques on homes, buildings, and concrete surfaces. Conducting gutter clean-outs and even participating in Gutter Guard installations. Engaging in roof cleaning, solar panel maintenance, and light fixture care. Interacting with customers in person and representing our company with professionalism. Utilizing cellular app-based software for efficient communication, payment processing, and job completion. Possession of a valid Missouri Class E Driver's License, reliable transportation, and insurability for driving a company vehicle. Comfort working at various heights and using ladders. Ability to perform in varying weather conditions. Capability to set up, climb, and move ladders up to 32' tall independently. Neat and professional appearance, with no facial piercings or tattoos above the shoulder. Quick thinking and the ability to learn new information efficiently. Education and Compensation We require a High School diploma or G.E.D. at a minimum. A Class E License is mandatory and must be presented on first day of employment.
