Job Description

COMMERCIAL ROOFERS NEEDED!
Starting pay of $25-$30/hr, depending on experience. At McLees Incorporated you will be working with a team of people who care about you, your family, and a job done right. When you start your career here, you will receive a $2,000 dollar signing bonus ($1,000 after your first six months; remaining $1000 after one year of full-time employment).
Job Description:
You will be coordinating with our roofing manager to install and repair flat membrane roofing on commercial buildings. You will be required to work outdoors on rooftops. You will be working with hand tools and power tools. You must maintain a clean environment with respect for the customer's property. You will be required to track and maintain the paperwork required to perform each job. Required Qualifications Ability to handle the physical workload. Be on time and ready to go. Maintain professional working relationships. A concern for your own safety as well as those around you. Must have a valid Driver's License. Desired Qualifications Applicants with roofing experience are preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Be self sufficient, motivated, and take pride in your work. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Maintain a clean working environment. Dedication to growth within the company. Pay and Benefits $25-$30 per hour depending on experience.
