SIDING LABORER Dead-On Exteriors is looking for a dependable & hardworking individual to join our growing team. We specialize in exterior construction projects including siding, soffit, fascia & trim. We are seeking team members who take pride in quality workmanship .

Starting Pay Range :

$25-$28 per hour based on proven experience and workmanship level . As Dead-On Exteriors continues to grow, there will be opportunities for pay increases, advancement into leadership roles, and overtime opportunities. Why work for us? Requirements:

✔ Reliable transportation to job sites in the Gallatin Valley & surrounding areas. ✔ Dependable and punctual ✔Strong work ethic required ✔Ability to work outdoors and up to 3 stories high ✔Construction or siding experience strongly preferred ✔Positive attitude and willingness to learn & WORK ✔Have your own tool bags & basic hand tools, if not we can talk about it Employee Responsibilities Install and repair siding materials on exterior surfaces, ensuring proper alignment, fastening, and weatherproofing. Read and interpret blueprints or schematics to determine material quantities and installation sequences. Prepare work areas, set up ladders and safety equipment, and follow construction safety regulations and harness protocols. Cut, shape, and fit siding using hand tools and lightweight power tools; perform basic carpentry as needed. Measure, caulk, seal joints, and perform minor siding repairs to maintain integrity. Maintain a clean job site, report hazards, and communicate progress with supervisors and crew members.
