Kalispell, Montana Seamless Gutter Installer NSL Seamless Gutters is hiring a Seamless Gutter Installer for our busy season. If you like working with your hands, being outside, staying active, and seeing what you accomplished at the end of the day, this could be a great fit. We have a strong workload through the end of 2026 with regular overtime available . Strong performers may have opportunities for winter work, return for the 2027 season , or potentially grow into a long-term position. Previous gutter experience is not required. Construction, roofing, carpentry, sheet metal, or other hands-on trade experience is preferred, but we will train the right person. The Work You'll work with a crew installing custom gutter and drainage systems throughout the Flathead Valley, including many high-end custom homes where quality and attention to detail matter. You'll learn to: Install seamless gutters, downspouts, and related exterior systems Measure, cut, fabricate, and install materials Use hand and power tools Work safely from ladders and roofs Handle and set up extension ladders Solve installation challenges in the field Protect finished homes and keep job sites clean Work effectively with your crew, homeowners, and contractors This is outdoor work in Montana weather, including heat, cold, rain, and light snow. What We're Looking For Reliable and on time Hardworking and productive Detail-oriented and proud of your work Comfortable working at heights and on roofs Willing to learn and take direction Able to safely handle a 28-foot extension ladder Able to regularly lift and carry 80-100 lbs Professional around customers and high-end properties Available full-time Monday-Friday with flexible end times and overtime when needed Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation to our Kalispell shop Pay & Opportunity $20.00-$30.00+ per hour DOE Regular overtime opportunities Potential commission and bonuses On-the-job training in a specialized trade Work on unique projects throughout the Flathead Valley Potential winter work and opportunity to return for the 2027 season How We Work Be Reliable Show up and do what you say you're going to do.
