About IronEarth Construction:

IronEarth Construction is a leading construction company specializing in Sitework, grading, and utility work. We are committed to delivering high-quality services while ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees. We are currently looking for multiple motivated and hardworking Laborers to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

As a Laborer at IronEarth Construction, you will play a vital role in the successful execution of grading and/or utility work on various construction projects. You will work closely with our experienced team to perform physical labor tasks, ensuring that the site is prepared for further development and utility installation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation of water, sewer, and storm drainage systems. Retrieve tools and materials for pipe layers and operators. Assist with pipe rigging, pipe laying, bedding, backfilling, and trench preparation. Mortar boxes, set structures, and assist with utility connections. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow crew members. Assist with traffic control, cleanup, and other duties as assigned by the Foreman.

Qualifications:

Previous utility construction or construction labor experience preferred. Basic knowledge of underground utility installation is a plus. Ability to work in all weather conditions and physically demanding environments. Reliable transportation to and from job sites preferred. Willingness to travel for work may provide additional pay opportunities. Hotel accommodations and per diem are provided when applicable. Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team environment. Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and work in trenches for extended periods. Ability to work outdoors for long hours in varying weather conditions. Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Why Join IronEarth Construction?
