Wildlife Repair Specialist About Us City Wide Exterminating is a fast-growing, family-owned pest control and wildlife management company serving the Charlotte area and recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in the region. The Job As a Wildlife Repair Specialist, you'll help protect homes and businesses from wildlife intrusion by performing exclusion and repair work that prevents animals from entering structures. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and building things. You'll work on roofs, ladders, crawlspaces, attics, and other areas where wildlife commonly enters structures. General construction and repair experience is highly preferred. No wildlife experience is required - we provide paid training on animal behavior, trapping, and exclusion techniques. What You'll Do Perform wildlife exclusion and repair work on residential and commercial structures Repair and seal animal entry points on roofs, soffits, fascia, vents, crawlspaces, and foundations Install barriers, screening, and exclusion materials to prevent future wildlife entry Set and remove wildlife traps as needed Safely handle wildlife-related equipment and materials Climb ladders and work on roofs and elevated surfaces Work in attics, crawlspaces, and other confined spaces Drive a company vehicle to customer locations Complete service reports electronically using a mobile device Communicate with customers regarding completed work and recommendations Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment What You Need General construction, handyman, carpentry, roofing, or home repair experience preferred Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Ability to climb ladders and work at heights Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and other confined spaces Comfortable trapping and working around nuisance wildlife Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable, organized, and punctual Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening •Experience in construction, roofing, carpentry, remodeling, gutter installation, maintenance, pest control, or wildlife control is highly desirable.•Benefits Include Medical Insurance Dental and Vision Plans Available Paid Holidays, Floating Holiday, and PTO Retirement Plan with
