What You'll Do Work on a 2-3 person crew alongside experienced professionals Travel to job sites with your crew using a company vehicle Complete interior painting in homes, commercial spaces, and rental properties Handle prep work, masking, cutting in, rolling, brushing, spraying, and clean-up Help maintain clean, organized job sites What We Look For This role is a good fit for someone who: Shows up on time and takes responsibility for their work Is comfortable with full workdays on active job sites Communicates well and works effectively as part of a team Takes feedback seriously and wants to improve Our company values people who bring a positive attitude to the job, work well with their crew, and take pride in how their work reflects on the whole team. Part-time schedules must consist of full workdays, with multiple full days of availability each week.
