We are seeking a Skilled Laborer (Concrete/Waterproofing/Caulking) to join an industry leader in Omaha NE. This position will work closely with the Foreman performing work at some of the top-name businesses in the Omaha market! This position is open due to rapid company growth and will not be available for long, so make the move today!

Summary:

Full-Time (permanent, direct hire) Skilled Laborer position Located in Omaha, NE Responsibilities include removing and replacing materials, acquiring hand tools, performing core scopes of work (concrete/block/brick, waterproofing, caulking and restoration), and striving for increased efficiency in work execution Day schedule, 6am

• 3pm, Monday
• Friday, 6-10 hours of overtime per week if desired Position available due to organization growth and expansion

Qualifications:

3+ years of previous commercial concrete experience along with commercial waterproofing and caulking experience preferred Proficiency in laborer tasks and willingness to learn new skills Strong teamwork and organizational skills for coordinating work efficiently Willingness to travel when necessary

• minimal travel required, only 25% of work requires overnight travel OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification also preferred

Physical Expectations:

Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), Ability to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods. Comfortable working in various weather conditions. This is a direct hire position, hired on directly with the employer from day one. #HP123
