Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable experienced residential Contractor to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of various Framing, siding and remodeling projects, supporting skilled tradespeople and ensuring smooth project execution. Your energy, attention to safety, and willingness to learn will contribute significantly to delivering high-quality results on time and within scope. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain comprehensive construction site experience while working on diverse projects that enhance communities and environments. Duties Assist with the installation of building materials, including Framing, siding, drywall, flooring, decking, tile, and cabinetry, following detailed blueprints and schematics Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as framing, door hanging, window installation, and concrete finishing Support heavy equipment operation for site preparation, excavation, or material transport as needed Follow construction plans and schematics accurately to ensure proper installation of electrical systems, plumbing, and other building components Perform site cleanup, organize materials, and prepare work areas for ongoing construction activities Adhere strictly to safety protocols by wearing appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and following all safety guidelines during outdoor work and indoor projects Assist with masonry work, hardscaping projects, fabrication tasks, and exterior finishes such as caulking or plastering Experience Prior construction site experience is highly preferred; familiarity with building sites enhances your ability to contribute effectively Hands-on experience with blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings is advantageous Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus but not required Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on outdoor work sites Experience with various trades such as carpentry (including trim carpentry), masonry, electrical work, plumbing, or glass installation is beneficial Strong understanding of safety protocols in construction environments to maintain a secure job site Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high productivity levels Join us if you're eager to develop your skills across multiple facets of construction while contributing to impactful projects.
