Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Roofers to complete low slope roof repairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all types of low slope roof installations.Responsibilities:
- Know and understand our company core values (Accountable, Humble, Client Focused, Hungry, Team Work, and Adaptive).
- Perform service, repairs, and maintenance on various types of flat roof systems
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine necessary repairs
- Complete repairs in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain accurate records of service and repair activities
- Always wear company uniform and proper
PPE Experience:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Roofer
- Strong knowledge of different low slope roofing types such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified, and BUR. Minimum 3 years
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
Requirements:
- Must have clean driving record
- Must have a social security number
- We also offer prevailing wage rates for specific projects
