We are looking for reliable, skilled field technicians who take pride in their work and can handle multiple trades. Job Summary AKAP is seeking a multi-skilled field technician who can complete a wide range of construction and repair tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, experienced in multiple trades, and comfortable working independently in occupied homes and commercial properties. Responsibilities Perform general construction, repair, and maintenance work Install and repair: Flooring (LVP, laminate, tile, baseboards) Drywall (patching, repair, texture) Interior and exterior painting Stucco and exterior finishes Basic plumbing work: Fixtures, disposals, toilets, sinks, water heaters Basic electrical work: Switches, outlets, light fixtures, minor troubleshooting Framing and structural repairs Diagnose problems and complete jobs efficiently Keep job sites clean and professional Communicate with office staff regarding job status Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in multiple construction trades Strong knowledge of residential construction and repairs Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Own basic hand and power tools Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions Professional and respectful attitude with clients and tenants Preferred Qualifications Experience in property management or service maintenance Trade certifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Compensation & Schedule $22-$32 per hour depending on experience Full-time, steady work Opportunities for advancement Monday-Friday schedule (occasional overtime available) Work Location On the road throughout the Las Vegas Valley How to Apply Apply through Indeed with: Resume or work history Brief description of your trade experience
