• $36/hr based on experience, plus premier benefits!

Job Summary :

Direct involvement to ensure the project schedule is adhered to Supervise multiple roofing projects Understand blueprints, job specifications, and building plan details Communicate with all general contractors and trades to ensure a proficient workflow Responsible for setting up and maintaining safety on job sites / facilities Plan and execute a successful project Must be willing to travel Ability to work overtime as needed

Candidate Qualifications :

Capability of understanding roofing manufacturer's specifications Capability of reading blueprints Experience in Construction/Roofing is Required Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills Leadership, management and project management skills Organizational and time management skills A valid state driver's license (in good standing) is required
