In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will ensure that roofs are durable, weather-resistant, and compliant with safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors on diverse projects, utilizing your craftsmanship and attention to detail to deliver high-quality results that stand the test of time. Duties Install and repair a variety of roofing systems including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, and tile roofing. Interpret technical drawings, construction plans, and specifications to accurately execute roofing projects. Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to cut, shape, and install roofing materials. Conduct roofing repairs and restoration work on damaged or aging roofs to extend their lifespan. Ensure all work complies with construction safety harnesses, ladder use protocols, and construction workplace safety regulations. Perform siding installation, stucco application, caulking, masonry work, and metal stud framing as needed for comprehensive exterior renovations. Assist with heavy lifting tasks and outdoor work in various weather conditions while adhering strictly to safety protocol adherence. Use construction estimating skills to assess project scope and materials needed for efficient project execution. Interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately to ensure precise installation according to specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety procedures related to construction site experience. Qualifications Shingle install experience Some metal install experience is a plus If no experience, laborer positions are available along with training. •
