In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems across multiple locations. Responsibilities Travel frequently to various job sites to perform roofing installation, repair, and maintenance tasks efficiently. Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to accurately execute roofing projects. Install a variety of roofing systems including metal roofs, single-ply membranes, and other specialized materials. Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment safely and effectively during project execution. Follow all construction safety regulations, including the proper use of safety harnesses, ladders, and fall protection equipment. Conduct roofing repairs such as caulking, tile laying, stucco application, and masonry work as needed. Assist with siding installation, metal stud framing, concrete forming, and remodeling projects when required. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and site-specific procedures. Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to ensure precise project execution. Collaborate with team members on restoration projects and outdoor work tasks that require handyman experience or construction site expertise. Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing or related trades such as siding installation or masonry. Knowledge of roofing repair techniques including metal roofing and single-ply membrane systems. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and heavy lifting equipment safely. Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations and the proper use of safety harnesses and fall protection gear. Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately. Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions across multiple locations. Strong understanding of construction estimating processes is a plus. Previous experience in remodeling, tile laying, caulking, stucco application or handyman roles is advantageous.
