We're known for our craftsmanship, reliability, and excellent customer experience. We're expanding our team and seeking a skilled professional who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with us. Position Summary As a Skilled Residential Construction Technician , you'll perform hands-on construction, carpentry, and interior repair work on residential properties. This role requires extensive carpentry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team to complete high-quality installations and repairs. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced carpentry work including framing, trim, molding, and structural components Carry out interior repairs such as drywall patching, finish carpentry, and minor structural fixes Install and repair windows and exterior/interior doors with precision and proper sealing Prepare job sites, interpret basic construction plans, and execute tasks safely Identify repair needs and communicate recommendations to supervisors Maintain tools, equipment, and clean, organized workspaces Interact professionally with clients on the job site Qualifications 3+ years of residential construction experience with strong carpentry skills Experience with windows & door installation Comfortable with interior repairs (drywall, trim, hardware, finish work) Ability to safely operate hand and power tools Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks in all weather
