We perform a wide variety of residential and commercial projects including insurance restoration, remodeling, additions, custom carpentry, structural repairs, and new construction. We are looking for someone who already has experience in one or more construction trades and wants to continue developing their skills. Whether your background is in framing, finish carpentry, drywall, painting, HVAC, plumbing, flooring, roofing, restoration, or another trade, we'd like to hear from you. We value attitude, integrity, craftsmanship, and the willingness to learn just as much as years of experience. What an Ideal Candidate Looks Like The ideal candidate:
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work and paying attention to the details.

- Has experience leading or managing portions of a project.
- Can identify problems on a job site and confidently recommend practical solutions.
- Reads blueprints and understands construction methods.

Minimum Requirements Applicants should have:
- Experience in at least one construction trade.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety and proper job-site practices.
- Ability to safely operate common hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift and carry building materials and perform physically demanding work.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- A valid driver's license.
- Strong work ethic, honesty, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow direction while also working independently when appropriate. Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is beneficial but not required:

- Construction Management or Foreman Experience Job Responsibilities
- Perform construction, installation, repair, and maintenance work within your areas of expertise.
- Assist with projects outside your primary trade as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Use tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Complete work that meets company quality standards and applicable building codes.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, supervisors, coworkers, and subcontractors.
- Help solve field issues and work with the team to keep projects moving.
- Maintain company tools and equipment.
- Complete daily job reports and documentation as required.
- Occasionally assist with material takeoffs or estimating when requested.
