Serviceman Residential Roofing/Siding

Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of residential roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and scaffolding to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Conduct siding repairs and installations with precision, utilizing techniques such as stucco application, metal stud framing, or trim carpentry to enhance curb appeal and durability. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately interpret project requirements and specifications. Use caulking, welding, masonry skills, and tile laying techniques to complete restoration projects that meet client expectations. Assist with heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, siding panels, concrete forms, or framing components across construction sites. Support other trades like plumbing or carpentry when needed on remodeling or renovation projects to ensure seamless project flow. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and inspecting scaffolding or ladders regularly. Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on roofing, siding, or general remodeling projects. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding equipment, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings related to construction or restoration work. Knowledge of various materials including metal studs, stucco finishes, masonry components, and roofing materials. Hands-on experience with fabrication techniques such as welding or metal forming is a plus. Strong physical ability for heavy lifting and working at heights in outdoor environments. Previous handyman experience or carpentry background that includes trim carpentry or frame carpentry is highly desirable.
