In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality exterior and structural work on residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will ensure that each project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize your craftsmanship, and contribute to transforming spaces with precision and professionalism. Duties Install roofing systems, including shingles, metal roofing, and waterproofing materials with attention to detail and safety standards Perform siding installation using various materials such as vinyl, fiber cement, stucco, or metal panels Construct framing for walls, roofs, and floors utilizing carpentry skills and blueprint schematics Read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and fastening materials Conduct heavy lifting of materials such as lumber, metal studs, concrete forms, or masonry components to ensure smooth workflow Execute finishing tasks like caulking, trim carpentry, or stucco application to achieve a polished look Experience Proven experience in construction estimating and project planning Extensive hands-on experience with roofing, siding, framing, and general construction site work Skilled in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for accurate project execution Knowledge of concrete forming, fabrication techniques, masonry work, welding, tile laying, and restoration processes is highly desirable Familiarity with plumbing systems and metal stud framing enhances versatility on diverse projects Prior handyman experience or remodeling background preferred for a well-rounded skill set Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining high-quality workmanship Join our team if you're passionate about construction craftsmanship!
