Pergola Builder Needed, Blueprint Reading Required Rockland County New City, NY 10956 $400

- Full-time We are looking for experienced pergola builders for projects based in Rockland County, New York.
Responsibilities may include:
Reading construction plans, blueprints, and shop drawings Taking accurate field measurements Laying out pergolas from drawings and site conditions Building and installing pergolas Coordinating directly with the contractor regarding scope and scheduling Experience sought: Experience with pergolas, decks, exterior carpentry, framing, gazebos, pavilions, or similar structures Ability to read and build from plans Ability to perform accurate measurements and layout work Reliable transportation between job sites (required) Own tools (required) Clear communication regarding availability and prior experience Photos or examples of previous pergola, deck, framing, or exterior carpentry work are encouraged. Compensation is arranged directly with the contractor. Depending on the project, work may be paid per square foot or through a project-based subcontract arrangement. Final scope, rate, scheduling, and payment terms will be discussed directly between the contractor and the selected workerPay:
