We are looking for someone with a strong background in general contracting, construction, remodeling, repairs, and property maintenance. The ideal candidate has a proven record of quality work, can manage tasks independently, communicates well, and does not require constant supervision or micromanaging. This position is best suited for someone who takes ownership of their work, can help keep projects moving, and maintains a high standard of workmanship and professionalism. Responsibilities Perform and oversee general construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance work Manage assigned projects and tasks from start to finish Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, property managers, and other team members as needed Read and understand scopes of work, plans, layouts, and job requirements Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Identify issues, communicate updates, and help resolve problems Ensure work is completed properly, efficiently, and in accordance with the company standards Work independently without requiring constant direction Qualifications Extensive experience in general contracting, construction, remodeling, carpentry, or related trades Proven record of completing quality work Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable transportation Ability to communicate professionally with team members, subcontractors, vendors, and customers Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed Must be dependable, punctual, and accountable Benefits Full-time position Paid time off after 1 year Paid holidays after 1 year Optional retirement plan Overtime opportunities Stable work environment with growth potential Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
