Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced roofing installer(s) for a full roof replacement project involving a 24-gauge black standing seam metal roofing system (clip system) . This is a complete tear-off and install job requiring attention to detail and experience with metal roofing systems. If you do good work, show up when you say you will, and take pride in a clean job site, we'll keep the work flowing.

Scope of Work:

Complete tear-off and removal of existing asphalt shingles Proper disposal of all roofing debris Inspection of roof decking (minor repairs included; major repairs will be addressed separately if needed) Installation of full ice & water shield across entire roof deck Installation of 24-gauge black standing seam metal roofing system (clip system) Installation of ventilated ridge vent system for proper airflow Installation of all flashing, trim, ridge caps, and necessary components Full job site cleanup and final walkthrough What We're Looking For 2+ years of hands-on roofing experience (replacements, not just repairs) Proven experience with standing seam metal roofing systems Ability to install clip-style metal panels correctly Ability to work independently or bring a small crew Own tools and equipment Reliable transportation Comfortable working at height safely References from past roofing work a plus

Pay:

Up to $4,000.00 per week
